Join Informed Texas for this educational seminar on Cannabis and Pain. There is mounting interest among patients and healthcare professionals about the clinical benefits of medical cannabis for various ailments, most commonly for pain relief. USDA Poised to Release Final Rule for the U.S. Domestic Hemp Production Program

On January 19, 2021, the USDA will issue the first federal final agency regulation governing hemp production. A sneak peek of the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) rule is available here. The final rule will become effective on March 22, 2021.
